At Qash Freshness, we do not accept returns. Here's why and how we ensure your satisfaction:

Important Reminder:

  • Please record a video while receiving your parcel and opening it.
  • Ensure the video shows the seal intact before unboxing and continues until the parcel is fully opened.
  • If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained as per our policy.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Retain proof of postage for tracking purposes, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Refund Process

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@qashfreshness.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.
